Illustrator shuts down after opening and disconnects my wifi connection

I am having a really strange problem with Adobe Illustrator. I open it, but as soon as I work on a file it shuts down unexpectedly and also cuts the wireless connection to the internet. At first I thought it's because the internet connection is the problem, but it seems to be that Adobe/Illustrator ist the problem. I really need to work on it and I have absolutely no idea what to do.

I am working with the AI 2021 app. 

I have already deinstalled the whole creative cloud and illustrator seperately. Nothing resolves the problem.

Where to start? What to do? Do you guys have any idea?

Sorry to hear about your experience. Please make sure you have OS & Adobe Illustrator updated to the latest version.
