Illustrator V25 won't open on MBP

Got a new MBP with the M1 Silicon chip and upgraded it to Illustrator v25.2. I have not been able to open Illustrator for more than 2 weeks. I have uninstalled Illustrator and reinstalled it. I also uninstalled my whole Suite and installed everything from scratch. Still not able to open Illustrator.

It is also frustrating that you have to install the app through the Creative Cloud installer. It is painfully slow. I started downloading PS at 6pm yesterday on a 30mb/s line and 10am today it is only on 40%.

Help me fix Illustrator please!
