Illustrator vector path crushes

I made some complicated objects from hand-drawn sketch with Pen tool,

and used <Live Paint Bucket> tool to fill colors,

then Object > Expand.

What happens is, the crisp lines are crushed  now like the attached image.

Some are distorted or erased.

Is there any reason?

Live paint can't have brush strokes in it and therefore expanded them.

If you prefer to have live strokes in your live paint artwork, then you need to apply basic strokes, not brushes.

Did you choose Object > Expand or Object > Live Paint > Expand?

After using Live Paint you get simple stroked lines when expanded, this looks like expanded strokes with a width profile.
