Illustrator won't open properly and glitches

As the title says, the picture above is what Illustrator does everytime when I try to open a new or saved file, I am using Windows 10. I have no clue what to do or how to fix it, I've already tried reinstalling, resetting prefences, trying an older version (it does the same thing), and simply restarting my computer. 

This is super frustrating because I've had other adobe apps work perfectly fine on my computer before 😞 !!

Sorry to hear about your experience. Please make sure Windows 10, GPU driver & Adobe Illustrator are updated to the latest versions.

You may also try disabling the GPU Performance under Preferences > Performance and see if it helps.
