Illustrator 25.2.1  (64-bit PC)

I've recently started using my Wacm Inkling Pen and the Illustrator icon is shown for direct transfer, but it won't transfer the vector drawing, it opens a text window showing the XML below.

Is Illustrator 25.2 compatible with .wpi or .wac files or anybody else using the Wacom Inkling Pen?

Many thanks

The SVG way unfortunately doesn't keep strokes live, but expands them. But other than that, it's at least a possibliity.

The plugin that could read these files was discontinued a couple of years ago. I think I used it in version CS6, but not beyond that.

Thank you for clarifying this Monika.

I realised Inkling hadn't been updated for some time and Wacom no longer support it.

I have the option to save files as SVG and then import in Illustrator, so for the few times needed, I'll go that route.
