illustrator won't open

Hi I just downloaded the illustrator 2021 today and it isn't opening. It starts to load and shuts back down. I tried reinstalling it, and even tried reinstalling the creative cloud. Other apps open but illustrator doesn't. How do I fix this? Oh and I've tried downloading previous versions as well but still no luck 😞
