Illustrator won't open...

Not sure what to do now. I talked with support and ran the Creative Cloud cleaner, reinstalled everything, it opened once, now I'm back to it not opening.


I rolled back to the previous version yesterday, then updated, and it was working fine. Today I installed two previous versions, but neither of those worked either, even after updating. That's when I talked to support. My new machine at work is less than 2 months old, has plenty of RAM and hard drive space.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing version of the OS?

I'd also suggest creating a new user account on your computer(Windows or macOS) and try working on the app. Let us know how it goes.
