Olá, não estou conseguindo abrir o Photoshop, a mensagem diz que o aplicativo não pode ser inicializado corretamente, código do erro 0000022.

Photoshop não, eu escrevi errado, na verdade o problema está com o Illustrator. Por favor desconsiderar Photoshop na minha pergunta e considerar Illustrator. Adicionando mais uma informação, para tentar corrigir o problema eu já desinstalei e instalei o programa 2 vezes, mas mesmo assim o problema persiste.

Which verson of Windows do you use?
Illustrator 5.5 is very old and it isn't really compatible with the latest version of operating systems.
You can also try to run Illustrator in the Windows compatibility mode (for ex. in Windows 7 mode)

I'm a little confused about your answers. For a permanent using of the version of Illustrator that you have install a CC subscription is needed. It can be downloaded only from the Creative Cloud Desktop client. Without a valid subscription it can be used as a trial for only 7 days.
If you have buyed a perpetual license of Illustrator and have serial number you must install the software from the CD od DVD that was in your package. Or you'll take a look into your Adobe account if you have buyed the license over Adobe directly.

I suggest a complete and clean reinstallation.
Please follow the steps below:
if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

Sorry for the delayed response. We have recently released an update for Illustrator 2021 (v 25.4.1), which contains some stability fixes. If you are not already on v25.4.1, then we recommend you to update to the latest version and share your observation with us.
