Illustrator Workspace

Hello everyone! Who are you today? I hope that you all well.

So what happened with my illustrator: I started it the program and tried to open a new document, my workspace opens up, but the white artboard doesn't show up at the screen, and I can't even create a form/object, it simply shows nothing on my screen when I use the tool form.

And I got to tell, its happening the same problems with my Indesign too.

I tried to fix it, resetting my preferences, and I even tried to reinstall the software but nothing changed.

Can someone help me?

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing version of Illustrator & Windows?

I see that you are using a Windows machine and screenshot refers to a Graphics issue here. I'd recommend updating version of OS & GPU.

If it does not help, disable GPU Performance under Edit > Performance and see if it helps.
