Illustrator

Hi,

Illustrator is really faltering, every few minutes makes a black screen, thinking and then back to normal,  sometimes also gets stuck and needs to close the software and open again.

what should i do  any suggestions?

Please provide exactly what operating system you are using. Has this been happening since upgrading to 2021 or has it been running correctly up til now? If this is recent behavior please provide any information as to any other changes that may have been happening on your computer.

You should know what kind of computer you bought, how much RAM and which video card is installed.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about this. Please make sure you have OS, GPU driver & Adobe Illustrator updated to the latest version.

If you still have issues, try turning off GPU Performance under Preferences > Performance. Hope it helps.
