I'm already fed up with the illustrator program, it closes me all the time, it won't let me save the files and obviously it won't let me work.

-If you are doing anything specific when you get crashes
-If Illustrator or your OS gives you any error messages
-If problems occur with all documents or a particular document
-If you have tried deleting preferences
