I recently purchased a subscription for the creative cloud student bundle. I am trying to download illustrate onto my Lenovo pro 3 which runs windows 8.1. I have never had adobe before, so I don't have access to any older versions of illustrate. I had tried to find anyway to download an older version but since I didn't have the older versions of Illustrate downloaded in pervious years I don't have to option to "downgrade or redownload" to an older version. I tried contacting support but it was the digital help couter which didn't help at all.....
Felling very exhausted and wondering if I should cancel supscription, as I'm not going to go out and just buy another computer....
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
