Please tell us more details. It's not clear what your problem is.

So Illustrator and InDesign are not printing the whole page? Check your page set-up in the print dialog, the page (or artboard) size should be the same as your paper size for 100% output. Many people prefer to export their InDesign file to PDF and print from Acrobat.
