Ilustrator works too slow

Good day, I have a problem with the illustrator. All programs run smoothly in Adobe, only the illustrator runs very choppy and it takes minutes for something to open, it will do. Can't you help me with what this is about? I have an HP Zbook G15. Thank you for your help
