Import linked PS file in AI> wrong colors with color picker

Hi

I just noticed a problem, which drove me crazy, when I import a PS file in Illustrator and check "link"(both files in RGB mode, synchronized)

When I pick a color of this imported-linked image with Illustrator's color picker, and draw a shape, the color is different (more saturated).

But when I import the same PS file without checking "link", or when I copy-paste a selection from PS to AI, it's OK.

Have you the same problem?

PS /AI CC2019. MacOSX Mojave.

tested it out and works fine for me in both instances, maybe check you colour managent policies in Illustrator under

'Edit > Colour Settings"

In addition: is perhaps the softproof turned on?
