Hi, I am having trouble determining how to fix or undo the paths of my imported PDF so I can change the lineweights and eventually add color. I exported my Rhino file (a 3-D modeling software) into a "Microsoft to PDF" format, but when I try to edit the pdf in Illustrator, it shows up more like a picture composed of squares rather than individuals paths, which has never happened to be before. I included a photo for reference.2020-12-27.png

I'm not sure why you chose "Microsoft PDF". Sounds like you simply picked the default MS Office export, which has nothing to do with Rhino's own PDF exporter. Also a shaded view is likely always going to export as raster images. Haven't used Rhino in ages, though, so there's always the chance things have changed.
