Hi everyone,

In photoshop, when I import a swatch, it appears in the swatches panel and is permanently there - even after closing and reopening the app.

However, when I load a swatch in Illustrator, it appears in a seperate panel. Is there any way to load swatches "permanently" into the swatches pane, alongside the default ones?

Thank you all in advance for any help.

There are no efault swatches for the application. In Illustrator, swatches are only in files. Not in the app.   Save a swatches library and then  make the panel Permanent

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. In addition to the correct suggestion given by Monika, please check out this help article(https://helpx.adobe.com/in/illustrator/using/using-creating-swatches.html#use_swatch_libraries) to know how to work with swatches in Illustrator.

Hope it helps.
