Hola,
a mí me ha pasado hoy mismo. Ayer funcionaba y hoy me dice que no puede abrirlo con el error 205.
Dónde está el servicio al cliente? Quién nos ayuda? estoy pagando por un producto que no funciona, y no hay manera de contactar con Adobe!!!
Si alguien me puede ayudar se lo agradecería.

PEnsaba que el problema era mi macOS y lo he actualizado, pero sigue pasando lo mismo. Me gustaría instalar una versión más anterior de las que me ofrece mi plan. PEro no sé cómo... Adobe! esto no es servicio al cliente!

This is the Adobe Support Community, not Adobe customer service, you can contact Adobe through Creative Cloud...

Sorry Met1. Can anyone explain me the difference? I have a problem with Adobe Illustrator, not with Creative Cloud. So Adobe Support Community cannot help me? Sorry but I don't understand!!!!

Creative Cloud IS Adobe, there's a contact tab right there, but let me search the web for you... yeah, I found this: https://www.adobe.com/about-adobe/contact.html

Many many thanks Met1!!! it is not easy at all to find a contact phone.
Otherwise I've been able to install my illustrator in other imac. I think the problem is my old miniMac. But it's incredible that it happened suddently. No system updates, no illustrator update... just one day to another.

Finally I've got in touch by phone with adobe. Technical support was incredible right and resolved my problem with a remote session. If I ever have a problem, I will not hesitate to call again. Very professional!!
