Bonjour ! Lorsque j’essai d’ouvrir l’application sur mon téléphone, l’application se referme directement depuis maintenant 5jours ...
j’ai beaucoup de dessin en stock et malheureusement je ne l’es aient pas enregistré, je ne peux donc désinstaller pour réinstaller..
Que me conseillerai-vous ?

  • OS and version of Illustrator (Illustrator is only available on iPad or Windows/ mac machines).
  • Device model
  • When did this start happening? Are there any recent changes made to your system? For example, any antivirus, system updates or web extensions installed recently.
