I really want to contact adobe about my annual plan being renewed automatically without my consent. I have found that another payment has been taken out of my bank account and I tried to cancel my plan and the site is now telling me that I will be charged £109.00 if I wish to cancel my plan "early" I have been at work all day and had no clue that I would instantly be locked into a one year plan again for an app that I don't need or use anymore. If anyone knows a way that I can get in contact with adobe easily please let me know because they have been impossible to work with so far!

Not possible to get through to anybody in this company.
There is not chat icon on that URL, there is no Live chat option anywhere. "Real help from real people" - I'd really like that. Waiting for 45 minutes now on the phone.
Worst support/customer service I've experienced so far.

It might be an issue with the browser, see the screenshot. The bottom right has the icon for chat, the one with three dots inside the circle. In the window that opens type AGENT to connect to a real person and not a bot. So i would suggest that you change the browser and then try once.

This is straight-up CCCP practices. if you don't accept all their cookies you don't get to see that option. i've tried it on all browser multiple times. MAKES ME SICK
