In which format should I save my picture in Ai so that the quality is good?

I created a logo with Adobe Illustrator and I want to use this logo as a profile picture in Instagram, but when I upload this JPEG file to Instagram, the picture looks very bad, I've tried everything but the picture quality is still poor. How can I solve this problem?

It's not in your hand. Instagram adds compression to it after uploading to their server.
