Is Transform Effect available in Illustrator for iPad?

Is the Transform Effect feature pictured below (from the desktop version) available in Illustrator for iPad?  I know the iPad version has radial repeat, but I want it to copy and reflect while I am drawing not after as it does with the Transform Effect feature.  (I don't have an iPad so I can't check it.)

The transform effect is not available on the iPad.

The Repeat on the iPad is editable and you can also add graphics to it after creation.
