Issue in Properties panel

the language of my properties panel in illustrator is converted to Japanese and I am unable it reset back to English, please help

You can do a search in this community for this problem. This came up and may help.

go to <AI Install Dir>\Support Files\Required\UXP\extensions\com.adobe.illustrator.propertiespanel and open main.js in Notepad++ or any text editor

then search for ToolOptions\":\"Tool Options\" and copy the whole line from eval( to the end!

then search for PropertiesPanel/ToolOptions or 工具选项

then check if the block comment says ./src/js/app/translations/en_US or something similar to it and replace that with copied line
