ISSUES DOWNLOADING PANTONE COLOR BOOK INTO LATEST ILLUSTRATOR

Hi guys, 

I am hoping someone here can help.

I am having issues downloading a pantone color book, I've been through all the steps to add it into illustrator but it's not showing up in my color libraries.

i've gone into applications and added it into swatches - color books - The color book folder is all greyed out so I don't know if there are access issues.

Any suggestions would be great!

You could try the Pantone Connect extension.

I will give that a go next as I still can't connect the Pantone to my illustrator Pantone library.

Pantone Connect has a trial version. Which exist for the purpose of trying out if it works.

In case it doesn't work, complain to Pantone. They have set up a contact option for that purpose: https://www.pantone.com/pantone-connect
