Issues while working with Strokes and Zoom tool in Illustrator 2020

I just downloaded Illustrator 2020 and I'm facing 2 big problems:

1) I cannot zoom in/out with Alt+scroll - I've already checked "Preferences>Performance>Animated Zoom"

2) Suddenly my stroke stopped working and won't go bellow size 1 or eather change color (anything besides black)

Does anyone knows how to fix these problems? Thank you

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing version of Illustrator and OS?

Please make sure you have OS and GPU updated to the latest version. You may also try resetting preferences of the Illustrator. Please follow steps given on help article 

 https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.html#setting_illustrator_preferences 

**Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.

Actually is a Windows 10, and a 24.1.2 Illustrator version. I have already tried resetting it and reinstalling, but nothing has changed. I don't know if it helps, but this zoom problem also occurs with Indesign.
