Issues with Adobe Illustrator files downloaded from Shutterstock

I am running Big Sur version 11.2.3 and Illustrator 25.2.1 on my Mac. Please see the attached screen shots of what the image looks like on shutter stock and what happens when I open the vector file in Illustrator. I spoke with shutterstocks tech support and they are saying this is a Illustrator problem. Please HELP!

Try View > Preview on CPU
