I am using illustrator version 24.2.1

I am working on a sewing pattern , that comprises of lot of lines and some of these lines are jagged.

The lines are mildy jagged in the illustrator file and continues to be jagged after converting it to pdf file.

But the jaggedness increases when I print the documents from the illustrator or the pdf.

The jaggedness is visible in the print dialouge box also of both illustrator and pdf.

Hence the end hardcopy output also gets affected.

After reading many comments on the web I tried the following options

1) Opening the file as RGB doc.

2) Unchecking the GPU performance option in preferences.

3) Uninstalling illustrator and reinstalling it and repeating the first two steps again.

But the issue still persists.

I use a HP laptop with Nvidia graphic card (geforce GTX 1650).

Are there any other steps I can take to rectify this issue.

I can't see anything unusual there.

Due to the way these things work there will always be some slight jaggies.

To make them go away you would have to increase the lpi setting of the printer. But I would assume it's working at its max. lpi setting anyway.
