Jpeg images printed with Windows Photo viewer appears to have tiny isogrid lines.

All my exported images (Jpeg)  from Adobe Illustrator appears to have tiny isogrid lines when printed. I printed directly from Windows Photo Viewer. Files saved as PDF prints fine. The exported file as Jpeg also appears to be not as clear as it is on Adobe Illustrator. Any solution?
