I've just updated to the latest version of Adobe Illustrator CC, and suddenly when I try to import images taken by my wife's Android phone, I get a pop-up message saying "the file could not be read due to an error."
Weirdly enough, if I open the image in Photoshop, it opens fine, and the image can then be copied and pasted into Illustrator from there.
So what is it about these images which is breaking this version of Illustrator? I've enclosed an image you can try for yourself.
