Language on Properties Panel changed to Japanese after updating Illustrator to v25.2.3

when my friend update to this version Illustrator v25.2.3 64bit  properties change the  language.

Sorry to hear about this trouble. Please uninstall the app from the Creative Cloud Desktop app, change the language settings back to desired language and reinstall the application.
