Hello to all...!

I have a problem with illustrator and I hope you can help me...
While working in Illustrator, I save the elements on different layers, organized,

with hierarchy... The file works fine when I open it in the laptop on which it was made,

but as soon as I transfer the file to another laptop, all layers are lost, and instead of them,

appears one layer, on which all the elements are placed...

Can someone know what the problem is and help me to solve this problem...?

Thanks in advance for your help

If they are not the same version, either update them or save as a legacy version (like CC instead of 2020)

Is the version of AI the same on both computers? If not, this will be the result.
