Legacy format error

I have 25.2 version of Illustrator and microsoft edge.  For school I created a project and when I try to save it  says  saving to a legacy format may cause some changes to your text layout and disable some editing features.  I am getting frustrated. I have to use this project in adobe after effect but its messing that up.

Hi for which which version you are saving file as for use in After Effects?

Hi. If you get that message using the "save" command, please use "Save as" instead. Maybe you are working with a file with an old Ai version.
