Lenteur et Plantage

Bonjour à vous, 

Je rencontre des difficultés avec Illustrator (version 24.2), il m'est impossible d'exploiter certain de mes fichiers. Ca râme ou ca plante sans cesse...

Je met en pièce jointe un fichier en exemple. (7.5 Mo)

(En ce qui me concerne,c'est presque impossible de bosser sur ce fichier)

Si quelq'un a une idée du problème... Problème PC ou  Illustrator bugé ?

Did you check if that hradware is compatible with Illustrator?

Especially the graphic cards. Are they on the list? https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/system-requirements.html

Yes : NVIDIA Quadro RTX 4000 ! And perfect Machine. I dont understand....

Is there more than one graphic card? In that case Illustrator might have issues when you have some automatic GPU detection turned on in your system.

Unfortunately Illustrator has its very own defintion of a perfect machine.

J'ai eu adobe au téléphone, la configuration est parfaite.

Nous avons réinstallé illustrator. ainsi que les fichiers...

Il semble que cela vienne d'un problème de la carte graphique. A suivre.

Lorsque je débranche la carte carte graphique et me branche sur la carte mère, tout fonctionne.
