Logo Design changes colour every time I render

Hello, 

I have created a logo on Illustrator, however everytime I save and re-open the file the colours change. The same appears when rendering, therefore gives an array of different variations of blue. Can anyone please help on this issue?

Can you show or share examples?

What do you mean by 'render'?

What colour mode are you working in? What colour profile?

Do the numerical colour values themselves change? Can you give an example?
