M1 Mac and illustrator still don't play well

Hi, I'm having some issues with pretty much most of the adobe CC software on my new M1, but right now illustrator is giving me the most problems and I'm sure adobe will fix everything eventually, right!

So I get a CANT error at statrup but the software does statup. Next, and this is why I'm writing this post, the toolbar does not load. When you try and turn it on manually, both basic and advanced produce the same CANT error. The only way to make things work is to creat anew Toolbar and add each tool as needed. I have been doing this for a few days, but everytime you turn off illustrator the same thing happens again, and you have to rebuild the toolbar over again.

Can anyone give me some fixes to try?

What AI version are you running?

Reset Prefs Thoroughly (Mac)

• Quit Your Adobe App (100% you must do this)
• Finder >> Go (hold down option to show hidden) >> library 
• Preferences >> Adobe  >> (Program Name) rename to (Program Name) .old
• Library- >> Caches >> com.(Program Name) rename to (Program Name) .old
• Library >> Application Support >> Adobe >> (Program Name) rename to (Program Name) .old
