Marking tool (black pen) does not work

Hi everyone! I can't adjust the scale with marking tool anymore, the markers don't show up and I can't drag/move the sides in a rectangle for example. A bug? I've tried to restart everything, yes.

Anyone whos been through the same?

Guessing you mean View > Show Bounding Box?
