Mask Outside Shape?

Total beginner here.  Making labels to send off to a print shop, cut line is in pink...is there a way for me to "mask" everything outside the cutline, perhaps a layer I can toggle vsibility, so I can get a better idea of what the true label will look like inside the cutline. Thanks!!

Yes, create a copy of the file and named it "clipped" or similar.  In the clip file, select the dieline ( make sure it is on top ) and then select all > Object > Clipping Mask > Make Clipping Mask.  But, before you do, create a copy of the die line which can then be used as an outline to show the edge.

You may want to talk to your printer about this. 

The way your file is currently set up is probably fine, because you're including extra for Bleed. Anything outside of your cutline will be cut off anyway.
