Media size grayed out

Just got a new larger printer and when trying to print cannot seem to change the media size to a custom size as CUSTOM is grayed  out. Any h

no, it does not let me change the size. Only the sizes in the drop down, but the custom is grayed out. Watched a video of my printer being set up and the person doing it was able to do it. Not sure why I cannot

Custom is always grayed out. It will be shown as soon as you entered a custom size.

Can you print different sizes out of other apps - how about in Acrobat?

There may be some confliction properties in Illy and your printer set-up preventing you accessing that feature, you'll probably have to go into the printer's properties to change that.
