mostly with the "strikethrought" text feature - it dissapears on its own, jumps to the side when I convert the text to outlines, makes the software crash when I try to make changes to it, etc.

I tried uninstalling and re-installing several times and nothing seems to help.

Any solutions?

Can't help you with the other issues, but when outlining a strikethrough, always use Object > Flatten transparency and check "Outline fonts"

Seems fine to me on Windows 10, v24.3

What OS are you using?

What Illustrator version?

What fonts?

Do the same problems occur with all fonts?

Do the same problems occur in all documents or just one?

Do you apply the strikethrough using a character style or locally?

I'm currently using Windows 10, also v24.3.

I'm using Textiller usually as my font (it's Hebrew), but I tried changing it to several others now and the issue persists.

I also opened old documents with strikethrough text in them, and they open up without it (it also won't let me choose the text with the marker, only if I double click on it it will let me delete it but visually it appears un-chosen).

I apply the strikethrough locally.

and another thing, if I put a letter in the same line as the digits (it's a strikethrough across a price - digits+currency symbol), then it seems to fix the issue somehow...
