Last night I tried to download Davinci video editor but somehow it just got connected with my Adobe illustrator and then I tried to open Davinci but it didn't open . Then I tried to open my Adobe illustrator then it kept showing a message,''Adobe illustaror cc is not responding'' what should I do to solve it? So Illustrator was already installed and then you installed DaVinci?
And then you tried to launch it and something couldn't connect to something else?
Please tell us the exact steps of what you did and then which application or system showed you exactly which error message. The wording of those messages is crucial and of course from where they came (software, system, internet ...?)
