My Artwork exceeds Illustrator size limit

I need help setting up my artboard. I have wall art that is 696inX192in. This exceeds Illustrators size limit. What can I do? Can someone walk me through this?

Hi as size is very big illustartor is giving this message but canvas is working for me in 2021 version....regards

Which AI version do you use?

You cannot change an existing file to a large canvas size, you need to create a new file with those dimensions.

You could work on scale and since is vector you can print at double size no problem. How about you work at half the size.
