My color Theme not working

Hello there!

My color theme pannel suddenly looks blank. It's not working with Illustrator, Indesign and After effects. I am using Windows 10. Is there any soulution!

Hello Monika,

 

Yes, I am connected to the internet, I am always logged into my creative cloud account with the App, And I checked my firewall elements, no creative cloud elements are blocked there. But still, it's happening.
