my selection tool is broken!

When I click in one of my objects with the selection tool, the circle of the corners don't show up, I need help!!! The first image is a normal object, when I press the shortchut "a", the second one is my object that is something wrong... I press "a" but nothing happens. And sorry for my bad english i'm brazilian! Help pls
