hi i got this homework and i dont know how to do this because my professor Ai is not the latest and mine is.... help please

actually i tried it but it makes it blurry

also i tried save for web under export because the new Ai CC doesnt have the option menu > File > Save for Web > PNG-24 ......🤔

Yes, unfortunately, scaling will give you less pixels and will decrease the quality.

PDF would be the best solution...
