Need help with scaling icons pack

Hi everyone so I have been dealing with one task, which is, that the client has purchased an icon pack that consists of icons comprising of 1500 in total, placed in different folders, and I have to scale all the icons to 68x68 which the developer has asked me to do. So my question is, is there any quick time-saving method available? by which I can scale icons altogether and let them export. Please really need your help

You can select the icons you want to scale and choose Object > Transform > Transform Each.

Since the icons are in separate folders it might be more efficient to use the Actions panel to create an action that scales the icons.
