Hi,
The below is the bug which I am not able to fix from a long time with various versions..
This will normally appear when I am using 'clipmask' option, even if its unrelated to the assets which are added as assets. I deleted asset and tried to re add and its the same result. I have to find a "bugged" clipmask object and delete it, only then every asset will become 1 object and not 2 o3 more objects which is far away from 1 another like below.
Anybody faced similar problem?
Help fix this?
Thanks in advance.

Which version of Illustrator is it?
Can you please describe the problem in detail and show the assets themselves and especially how they are built.

I am using the latest version (Auto update).
I deleted some objects inorder to get my assests back,
However i am not able to reproduce the bug, as it happens randomly when I am clip masking anything.
This happend 3-4 times already.
Do let me know if you need anthing else from me.

So the clipping mask is in the asset?
Or do you place an asset and then mask it?
What exactly did happen step by step?

Hey Monika,
Sorry for the delay in response, I add the asset and then clip mask if required later on.
I use the clip mask to control the size of the handle of the object.
(If glow is used, handle (boundry) expands. Clip masking it will solve.
May be thats y?
