Nesting with clipping mask

Hi all,

I am currently using adobe illustrator 2021 and am looking for a way to nesting my shapes. Before, I used the "e-cut.ru.fr" plug-in because I only used paths, but now I use clipping masks. The plug-in does not take into account the shapes inside my mask and breaks this mask.

Do you know a automatic nesting solution that takes into account clipping masks ?

for example, in picture to show the desired result (but it's not automatic).
