New file..

70% of the time now, every time I want to open or create a new file, I get a flashing light on my screen (like when we do screenshots) then the Create New and Open buttons stop working, I click on them and nothing happens. The whole program freezes up. I do restart my computer several times and still don't work. I have uninstalled the software twice. Please advise. Thank you.

Double check to see that you have a printer installed (even if it's just a pdf printer driver).
