New MacBook Pro 16" keeps unexpectedly quit the newest Illustrator

Illustrator keeps crashing every 10 mins. Any solution to fix it? Thanks.

Yes, 24.2 and also last version has the same problem too.

Please contact Customer Care. There seem to be a lot of issues around that machine which they have problems to replicate.

Sorry about this trouble. I am hopeful that the issue was fixed. If not, we have recently released an update for Illustrator 2020 (v 24.3) which contains some stability fixes. If you are not already on v24.3, then we recommend you to update to latest version.
