No proyect creation controls? 25.1 -25.2

Updated yesterday to the latest version (25.1 by then) but noticed that the controls to create a proyect are missing:

(On the right, there should be a "Proyect dimensions, name, etc etc")

There are no recent presets to customise. Select one of the preset tabs along the top of the window.

You misunderstood me, this is the New document window, I don't want a preset, I want to create a new document, and the parameters are not there anymore. I'll post a screenshot of version 21 later.

All new documents are created from presets. Click on something other than 'Recent'; do you see presets there? Click on one of them and define your new document.

Only stock presets, not the default ones that should come with illustrator:

There are no "default" presets in any tab.

If you go to Preferences > General and check 'Use Legacy File New Interface', do they show up in the drop-down list here when you create a new document?

I'm afraid the only other answers I've seen involving this sort of issue with the new window are the usual delete preferences and uninstall/reinstall kind.

After resetting preferences and/or reinstalling, the problem persists sadly.
